The BodyBolster™ is a back support  as well as a flexibility and conditioning tool which is adjustable to fit any body shape and size. The BodyBolster is made from Torflex™, a soft, latex-free medical grade PVC that gives it malleability and a comfortable skin-like feel. What makes the BodyBolster unique is its adjustability—a valve allows you to deflate it with a squeeze, and with another twist of the valve it self inflates—there’s no need to blow it up!

Unlike other postural support tools it provides ‘active’ support, because it is air-filled and molds to your body, encouraging healthy joint movement. What is 'active' support? The air inside the BodyBolster keeps you moving with slight micro-movements, building the area as it supports you.

Other supports which are typically padded or cushioned, and made from foam or plastic are ‘passive’. These, over time, allow the muscles to shrink and become lazy, causing more damage to the very area being supported – and if used during exercising are hard and inhibit muscle contraction.

  Comfortable, Versatile, Convenient and Effective
  Most back support products like foam, plastic supports and lumbar rolls, allow the muscles to shrink and become lazy. Over time they can cause more damage to the very area that you are trying to support - this is known as 'passive' support.

  The Torson^TM Body Bolster combines the concepts of 'good posture' and ergonomics to help you to sit 'actively'. It works by supporting you with air, which allows healthy joint movement as you are sitting. You can place it in different positions as needed, to stretch, support or relieve strain.

  The Bolster is a round ended cylinder made from a soft-tech polymer - Torflex. Torflex complements muscle tissue resilience and skin. The unique design gives a natural fit to any body shape and gives support and comfort to any part of the torso.

  Self Adjustable and Self Inflating
  The Bolster is unobtrusive and effective in any situation. It packs flat and self inflates discreetly; there is no need to blow it up. The Bolster can be adjusted by allowing it to fill with air by twisting the valve clockwise, allowing the air to flow in, or twisting the valve anticlockwise to open and gently squeezing the air out. This means you can vary the fullness of the bolster depending on the amount of support and flexibility you need.
